Departments
Departments are support structures for scientific, academic and administrative management, which assist in the management of teaching staff assigned to a specific disciplinary area.
Departments are made up of teachers from a specific subject area. EST has a young and qualified teaching staff in the areas of the study cycles it teaches.
EST has three departments, according to the areas it teaches:

Disciplinary Areas
The coordination of the disciplinary area’s main mission is to monitor and guarantee the pedagogical and scientific quality of the curricular units taught and to define, with those responsible for the curricular units, motivation strategies for academic success.
