Currículo Resumido
Vítor Carvalho received his degree in Industrial Electronic Engineering in 2002, his Master degree in Industrial Electronics in 2004, and since 2008 he holds a PhD in Industrial Electronics, all from from Minho University, Portugal. He is actually associate tenuered professor at IPCA, Portugal where he works since 2005, as well as integrated researcher at the Algoritmi R&D Center and in the DIGARC, Portugal. His main research interests include sensors, data acquisition, serious games and education were he has published more than 150 papers in international journals, conference proceedings, among others. He holds 3 national patents and 1 international patent under evaluation. He has been developed applications for health, education and textile industry.
