The Especially Adequate Provisions for Assessing the Frequency Ability of the Upper Courses of the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and the Bird of the Elderly of 23 years (M23), are designed to allow people who “turn 23 years old until the 31st Of December, of the previous year before the tests “and that they did not have the opportunity to attend higher education, the possibility of doing so.
The IPCA Higher School of Technology promotes the following Provisions for access to the Courses it provides:Courses 1st cycle (bachelor’s)

- The calendar and the registration link of the M23 Proofs for access to the undergraduate and TeSP EST courses for the 2016/2017 school year will be available shortly.
- The results of the M23 Trials for access to undergraduate and TeSP EST courses for the 2016/2017 school year will be available shortly.
- The EST promotes M23 Prep Courses for access to undergraduate and TeSP courses. To access the 2016/2017 school year, the following preparation courses will be available:
- Computing
- Mathematics
