The winning proposal consists of creating a digital library for IPCA students, providing easy access to a wide variety of books and manuals needed and recommended throughout their academic career, overcoming time and physical difficulties in accessing traditional libraries in order to allow access to a digital collection, particularly for distance learning students.
This project will receive an allocation of 10,000 euros from the IPCA budget and will have a maximum execution period of 12 months.
Both applications were drawn up by distance learning Public Management students, with the winning proposal being written by Angelina Cerqueira, Fátima Silva, Liliana Joaquim and Sílvia Maia.
It should be remembered that the Participatory Budget allocates an annual sum to fund academic projects that students elect as priorities, giving members of the IPCA student community an active voice in managing part of the institution’s budget.
